Commissioned art: Not F2U; only the commissioner may use their commissioned work. Commissioners are permitted to post their commissioned work on their social media and use the work for personal use.

Gift art: Not F2U; only the recipient may post or use their gifted work.

All of my work, including commissioned work: No commercial use (defined below) allowed without license. Do not remove my name/watermark, if present. Reposting, tracing, base making, etc. are not permitted unless specified otherwise. Do not claim my work as your own. Additionally, for pixel art: not permitted to be used as pattern or base for fuseable beads (such as Perler or Hama beads), cross-stitch, or other crafts without permission.

Personal use: Defined as non-commercial use, such as profile pictures, header art, phone or computer wallpapers, emotes in a Discord server, etc. When using my art in publicly visible places like profile pictures or header art, credit is required; please credit me as Sarcosmic or @SuperSarcosmic in your bio. Certain art may be marked as reaction images and are definitely meant for usage as reaction pics, no credit required.

Commercial use: Defined as using my work on merchandise or otherwise directly for profit. Licenses are required for commercial use. Emotes being used as emotes on a Discord server or Twitch channel is not considered commercial use, though using emote art for merchandise is considered commercial use and would require a license to be used as such.
